Just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to allow me to become a dealer for Basement Technologies. It sure has opened my opportunities in the waterproofing business; I was limited on what I could offer my potential customers. Now I can be a full service waterproofer. Your systems are easy to work with and installation is much easier without having to move so much debris.
After attending your training class in February, I can not adequately express how excited i a to become a Basement Technolgies dealer. Although I have been in the waterproofing business of over 11 years, the system learned out there coupled with the product I believe will increase my bottom line from 3%-4% to 15%-20%. When we originally came to you we were a samll waterproofing company, desperate for guidance from a large successful organization like yours. Our partnership with you changed our name to Value Dry Basement Technolgies, and many other positive changes occurred.
We found that with the national marketing program, brochures, and national brand recognition; we were able to close a much higher percentage of our prospects than before. Also, our customers realized that by dealign with a manufacturer of products as opposed to a contractor dealing with Home Depot for product - that we were the better choice.
Not only were we selling more, but with the dealer training we receive on a regular basis, we were able to cut our installation time in half with watertrek - while reducing our number of service calls. This has allowed us to install more systems with less trucks.
So now after 3 years as a dealer, we’ve increased our sales to over 2 miles per quarter of system installed with only 3 more trucks. We dominate our market where we have over 30 strong competitors beating everyone consistently - especially Basement Systems Dealers

Truthfully Basement Technologies has become my life. The support i’ve gotten from Joe, the patience from Gale and the basement technologies products from James… and i think?
